Central Florida Air Conditioning & Heating Maintenance
Your homes central heating & cooling system is usually one of the most neglected items people don't think about until it breaks down. Many homeowners do not realize their homes heating & air conditioning system operates approximately 3,300 hours per year. To put this "run time" in perspective, a car driven for the same amount of hours at 65 miles per hour would travel almost 215,000 miles. No one would consider such a journey without arranging for oil changes, lubrication, and routine tune ups along the way to assure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of the vehicle.
Your homes heating & air conditioning system serves you many more hours than your car, and, like your car, needs routine maintenance to operate in an efficient, safe, and reliable manner.
We recommend your system be serviced twice a year, once in the spring, and again in the fall, to be sure everything is in good working order before the high demands put on the system in the summer and winter.
Benefits to routine Central Florida AC maintenance:
Lower Utility Bills
